BayPoint Log Homes model home is a three bedroom, 2 ½ bath fully furnished home. It is located in Clam Falls, WI. 7 miles south of Siren in northwest Wisconsin. It is 1 ½ hours from the Twin Cities.
Our log home is furnished with bedding and towels. We have a laundry center and fully furnished kitchen. All you will need to provide is your food and beverage.
We know you will enjoy the two-person Jacuzzi and fire ring.
Our log model is air conditioned and has a gas fireplace in the great room. We have a deck overlooking the lake and a covered country porch with a swing that is a great place to read and enjoy your favorite beverage.
There is a boat launch near our model and Largemouth bass and pan fishing off our dock. Bring your fishing gear along and don’t forget the floating frogs.
Bring your boat. You will be able to use our dock. There are also many great fishing lakes within minutes of Clam Falls.
BayPoint is excellent for a relaxing get away for scrapbooking, quilting, jewelry making and beading.
There is a snowmobile trail right in front of our property and the Gandy Dancer Trail is 8 miles away with connecting trails. BayPoint abuts the State of Wisconsin McKinsey Creek Wildlife Area where you can hunt bear, deer & grouse as well as trout fish in the Clam River and McKinsey Creek. We have a pheasant club with sporting clays within 5 miles.
BayPoint is located on a quiet dead end street with no traffic. We have excellent trails in the McKinsey Creek Wildlife Area as well as great birding, geocaching, berry picking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing.

You have the ability to rent our model and “Try Before You Buy”. If you order a log home package from us we will credit this rental against the cost of your home. Visit our model and experience the quality and the feel of our 12” to 14” diameter hand peeled & hand scribed log home. Live your vision and dreams. This will give us a chance to meet and discuss our building process. You will experience the quality derived from our selection criteria of first generation, TPI graded trees and our green building approach.
